MECHANICAL PROJECT/CONTRACTS MANAGER
Location: : West Midlands - East Midlands, West Midlands
Rate: £ 38 to £ 44 K (permanent) + Plus package
I am working on behalf of a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contractor based in the West Midlands, and established for over 35 years.
They are one of the market leaders within the Midlands region, and come with an excellent reputation. The majority of their work is repeat business and recommendations, and this is as a result of them delivering any project to the best of their abilities.
Due to this success and heavy workload, they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Project/Contracts manager to join their team and head up the Mechanical Installations.
the ideal candidate will be a good all rounder, who is capable of getting involved in the estimating side of things as well. They are not looking for a Large project manager, so if your experience is more site based looking after £10 million M and E installations this is not the position for you.
They are after someone who is capable of looking after 3 - 6 projects at any one time, ranging in value from £100k up to a £1 million.
You will also have excellent client facing skills, so you will be able to communicate with people at all levels, including large Blue chip clients.
